The Pretty Packages Cricut cartridges have been flying off our shelves, and it’s no wonder because of all the fun and creative projects you can make with this cartridge. I wish I had a whole day that I could just play with this cartridge and do nothing else. I think I would make just about everything. But since, like most of you, I have to work and fit crafting in my “spare time,” I made just two (at least for now). 🙂

Christmas Box Project

I started with the cube box, made out of patterned paper cut out at 13″, making the box about 2″ square (so it’s a small box). I would make them bigger if it were a treat box. OK, I know you’re thinking it’s just a square box, but it’s more than that. This little box has 4 compartments to fill it with 4 different treats. I think this box is great for fun holiday gift-giving.

The second one I had to make was the pinwheel! I mostly made this for myself to play with. 🙂 I always need a little more fun, so if making pinwheels makes you happy, this is the cartridge for you! It is the only Cricut cartridge with a pinwheel on it, and you can create it in whatever size you want, so you can have large or small pinwheels.
