I made a layout and a card with the Kate’s ABCs Cricut cartridge, and I am really happy about the finished products. Whether you are celebrating a holiday or everyday living, you can come up with nice layouts and greeting cards for your scrapbook album memories with this popular Cricut cartridge.

You Are My Sunshine Layout

I picture this being used as a summertime layout, but it could be utilized for baby birth, or any occasion with children (or maybe you have a beekeeper in your life). The bees are cut out at 3 inches and the flowers at 5 inches. The clouds are from Create a Critter at 2 inches and then each one has been embossed and then lightly rubbed with blue ink so that the raised part of the paper stands out.

The photo frames on the right are all for a 3 x 3-inch photo. The large one on the left is for a 4 x 6-inch photo.

This layout is a super easy and quick layout that’s perfect for your summer photos. I love the contrast in colors and patterns on this layout. Let me know what variations you can come up with and share them here.

St. Patrick’s Day Card

Here is how to make this super easy St. Patrick’s Day card:

The overall size of the card is 5 x 5 inches and I used Create a Critter for the horseshoe cut out at 2 inches. I cut the letters cut out at 2 inches (from the Kate’s ABC cartridge) as well. Designer’s Calendar for the shamrock cut out at 1.5 inches and covered the shamrock in green Ranger stickles.
