When the weather is hot like it is right now in southern Utah, the snow and cold temperatures of December seem so far away, yet before we know it, we will be wishing for the heat again as we plow through snowy roads. For now, I will try to enjoy the sunshine and hot days. As an escape, I can scrapbook about last year’s Christmas.

The Merry & Bright Cricut cartridge is a new Christmas cartridge that came out October 2013. It has a lot of simple-to-make Christmas images on it. This is one of the best cartridges and it is perfect for cards but also would be great with Iron-on and vinyl craft projects (not to mention the fun image for boxes and bags that are also on this cartridge).

The card above is 8.5″ x 3″ and the images were all cut out at 3″. This card was created not just one image. I had to combine the three together. The stocking looks like a “J”, the cartridge had the letter “Y” and the “O” actually quite a few options that you could use for the “O”. Making is super easy to make this JOY Card.
