Two fun new cards cartridges in the same week! Are you in love? Because I sure am. I had to create something the minute I got my hands on this one, the new Classically Modern cartridge. Crafters are so excited for the latest installment from Cricut for good reason.

I absolutely love the intricate designs that these cards have to offer, and they are just the beginning! I’m going to get my money’s worth with this one. It really is an instant classic Cricut cartridge. I think the hardest choice I had to make was which two cards to cut out first 🙂

Robot Birthday Card

So, I chose the cute robot Birthday card, I have two young boys and they have lots of little friends so this card is so perfect for them. The card is about a 3.5″ x 5” card when finished, and it has the cute matching envelope. I cut out an extra robot because I wanted to add him to the front of the envelope. This card was super easy to create and you’ll find excellent colored cardstock here.

This second card is the one featured on the front of the box and maybe the reason I fell in love with this cartridge in the first place. I LOVE how detailed and intricate this card is. Remember: you don’t have to make these designs into cards!

You could easily cut off the back and use the front as a scrapbook embellishment, or even cut it out of Cricut vinyl and make it into great home decoration. Or really get creative and use Iron-on material to make a beautiful shirt out of it. The possibilities really are limited to your own imagination. Even though it’s a card cartridge, you don’t have to use it as a card.
